Triangle choke from different spots.

Warm-up

Technique:

1) From guard : try hip sweep - if opponent posts arm, fall back to triangle.

2) Triangle from guard with overhook - opponent tries to pass to weak side, push his passing arm up to a crucifix, fall back to triangle.

2) Triangle from spider-guard when opponent posts knee in your crotch (sweep post leg)

3) Triangle from knee-on-belly

Good class.  Final class of the quarter.  Techniques were good, but triangle from knee-on-belly was a bit tough to lock in, since you are falling over.

Rolling went well, I am doing a good job of getting out of bad spots and maintaining a strong position.  My submissions are limited.  Transitions are going well.  Tried to go from Side control to knee-on-belly with good success.  Tried scissor sweep (fail) to kick opponents bottom knee out and sweep.  Worked well!

Injuries: broke a toe.  It’s really black and blue this morning, though doesn’t hurt so much. Also, got armbared on my left arm — still quite sore (seems a recurring injury).
