I'm a white belt.
A 32 year old PhD student. My wife and I just started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in January, 2010, because she thought it would be a good "couples activity".
That means I'm generally a nerd, and as far as BJJ goes, I'm a total beginner!
If training doesn't kill me, I thought I'd like to have this journal to track my experience...
