At my University, we only have BJJ class 2x per week.  (Actually, right now, that’s plenty for me, since the intensity level is so HIGH!)

Consequently, I have to exercise on my own the other days.

Today, I did the following improvised work out:

10 x walk hands out, push-up, walk hands back to standing

10 second backwards neck-bridge (to engage the anterior chain)

50 meter sprint (all out!)

repeat for 5 sets

Then I swam 16 laps.

It’s been a while since I did sprints (like highschool ?!).  I can tell I’m gonna be sore tomorrow.  But man, they really work your WHOLE body!  It took me about 15-20 minutes to complete the whole set.

Amazing.
